Meet the team supporting your next chapter — wherever you’re headed.
Erin Lewber is the founder of Erin Lewber Coaching, a boutique coaching team supporting women through career pivots and high-stakes leadership decisions. This work is designed for moments where the cost of getting it wrong is high - and you need more than generic advice.
Erin has led teams across retail, recruiting, and big tech, and currently serves as a Head of Sales at Amazon, driving strategy and performance at scale. She’s known for strong judgment, clear thinking, and an ability to spot potential quickly.
Erin’s superpower is people. She knows talent when she sees it - and she knows how to help women see it in themselves, communicate it with confidence, and step into roles that match their capability.
Her coaching is direct, strategic, and deeply human. This is executive advisory as a thinking partnership: a place to lay the full situation on the table, pressure-test options, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, Erin is a mom of two kids under 12 and understands the pull to build a meaningful career while staying deeply present at home. You’ll also find her outside whenever she can - hiking, exploring, chasing a road trip adventure, and spending time with her dog.
Discernment beats templates.
I don’t use assessments or frameworks to tell you who you are. I work as a strategic thinking partner—helping you see patterns, pressure-test options, and choose the path most likely to work when the stakes are high.
Your career exists inside a real life.
Your decisions are shaped by kids, finances, ambition, burnout, and timing. I don’t give generic advice or one-size-fits-all strategies. We make choices that work in the context of your life—not someone else’s playbook.
Truth builds confidence.
I’ll always be honest with you—and I’ll always be kind. We don’t avoid hard conversations or sugarcoat reality. We look at the facts, name what’s really happening, and make decisions grounded in clarity, not wishful thinking.

Pride & Prejudice
(The Keira Knightley version)
Eva is our lead career pivot coach who works closely with people navigating change and trying to make thoughtful, aligned decisions about what comes next.
She began her career in education, spending nearly a decade as a teacher, instructional coach, and school leader supporting students and adults through growth, transition, and high expectations. In 2020, after being declared cancer free, Eva paused to take a hard look at her life and career. That moment brought clarity. Staying comfortable no longer felt like the right answer, and she made the decision to pursue work that felt more aligned with how she wanted to show up.
Eva went on to pivot into strategic sales, where she rebuilt her professional identity from the ground up. She is now a successful sales consultant at a globally recognized brand, managing a multi state territory and driving consistent revenue growth. Along the way, she had to relearn how to trust her skills, speak about her experience with confidence, and believe she belonged in rooms that were new and unfamiliar. Her experiences have given her a clear view into how hiring decisions are made and what truly matters when someone is being evaluated for a role.
Her coaching is practical, thoughtful, and grounded in real experience. Eva helps clients translate their background into a clear value proposition, tighten their narrative, and focus on roles that genuinely fit rather than chasing what looks impressive on paper. She is especially skilled at helping career pivoters quiet the noise, rebuild confidence, and communicate with clarity and conviction.
Clients work with Eva because she brings warmth, honesty, and clarity to the process. She asks the right questions, challenges unclear thinking, and helps people move forward with intention instead of pressure.
Eva holds a Master’s in Education and a Master's in Business Administration. She brings both perspectives into her work, balancing strategy with empathy and helping clients make career decisions they can stand behind.
Clarity doesn’t come from doing all the things. It comes from slowing down long enough to see what’s no longer working and what you genuinely want more of. Once that’s clear, the next step usually becomes obvious.
Your experience is valuable. The issue is rarely the work you’ve done. It’s how the story is being told. I help you articulate your background in a way that feels true to you and clear to the people on the other side of the conversation.
I'm not afraid to say the quiet parts out loud. We talk honestly about tradeoffs, timing, and fit, even when the answers aren’t neat. That kind of clarity is what leads to confident decisions and career moves that make sense.

"Eva supported me in my transition from a school-based operations role to my first EdTech role. She's down-to-earth, personable, and just fun to work with! She genuinely cares about helping people and ensuring they are successful. She can also speak from personal experience because she was a transitioning teacher herself and now works at one of the largest and well-known company! If you're in need of career coaching or resume updates, I highly recommend Eva. She is the reason I was able to land my role as an Account Executive at a STEM curriculum company right after transitioning from a school-based role!"

“I felt that our meeting was extraordinary on so many levels. You are an incredibly perceptive listener, astute, and so genuinely kind. Your questions were deliberate and effective at drilling down to the heart of the matter; namely, the guidance you provided led me to realize the importance of finding a role that allows me to "be myself." You are exceptionally talented as a career coach, and I feel so grateful to have met you at this pivotal juncture in my life.”

“I consulted with Erin on some networking strategies, and I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by her advice. In a word, “Wow!” Erin shared strategies that were relevant, specific, targeted, powerful, and (perhaps most importantly) ACTIONABLE: I could take Erin’s strategies and immediately implement them, which was incredibly empowering. Long and short, Erin is artful with her insight and thoughtful with her candor. I have been a long-time follower of Erin’s on LinkedIn, and I feel so lucky to have been the beneficiary of some of her 1:1 time. Erin is a phenom!"

"Eva helped me gain the clarity I desperately needed to articulate my value across different sectors. What sets Eva apart is her ability to ask the right questions that lead to genuine breakthroughs. She didn't just help me polish my resume - she helped me understand and communicate the measurable impact I've made. If you're navigating a career transition, especially as an educator exploring new paths, Eva is the coach you want in your corner. Her insight, lived experience, and practical guidance made all the difference for me."

Please don't pay for a template! This one will play nice with the ATS, it's easy to edit, and it's literally all you need to create a professional resume that will help you land a new role. This is the same template I've used with 4K+ jobseekers as well as in my own career.
