Hi, I’m Erin Lewber - executive career coach, senior sales leader at Amazon, and a strategic thinking partner for women navigating complex decisions at work and in life.

I’ve led teams across retail, recruiting, and big tech, driving strategy and performance in fast-moving, highly competitive environments - where the stakes are high and the tradeoffs are real.

My coaching is direct, strategic, and deeply human. This work isn’t about hype or templates. It’s about getting the full situation on the table, pressure-testing your options, and making decisions you can stand behind.

In this work, we’re a team. You bring the truth - what you’re worried about, what you’re weighing, and what you can’t say out loud at work. I bring judgment, strategy, and an outside perspective. We solve it together.

I’m also a mom of two, and I understand what it means to build a meaningful career while staying deeply present at home. You don’t need to choose between ambition and a life that fits - you need clarity, support, and a plan that works in your real world.

I help women think strategically, communicate with confidence, and move forward with clarity - especially in seasons where your career and your life deserve a decision you won’t second-guess.

Meet Your Strategic Thinking Partner

You want a thinking partner - not more advice

Someone who will help you slow down, examine the facts, and pressure-test your options - so you can make a decision you won’t second-guess.

You’re at a real
decision point

A crossroads - next role, next season, or the next version of you - and you want space to think clearly before making a move you can’t easily undo.

You look successful on paper - but feel misaligned in practice

Your role, title, or trajectory may make sense externally, but something about how you’re working or leading no longer fits the life you’re building.

What It's Like to Work Together

let’s make sure this partnership is the right fit

This is a private executive coaching partnership for women navigating complex career and life decisions - where the cost of getting it wrong is high.

I work with you as a strategic thinking partner, helping you clarify what you actually want, pressure-test your options, and make grounded decisions that support both your ambition and your life.

This isn’t a program or a prescribed framework. It’s real-time decision support - built around your context, your goals, and what’s unfolding right now.

In this work, we’re a team. You bring the truth - what you’re worried about, what you’re weighing, and what you can’t say out loud at work. I bring judgment, strategy, and an outside perspective. We solve it together.

Most clients come in with a clear sense that something needs to change. Part of the work is making sure what you’re chasing is truly in your favor - and having the discernment to move forward with confidence.

A look at the process

The goal isn’t dependency. It’s confidence.

Over time, we move steadily toward the outcome you defined at the start - whether that’s a role change, a leadership decision, a career pivot, or clarity about what you won’t do anymore.

By the end, you don’t just have a result.
You have:
  • Stronger judgment
  • Clearer decision-making
  • Trust in yourself again

That’s what makes the work durable.

5. Land the Outcome

Good decisions adapt to reality.

Because we meet every two weeks - and stay connected in between - we’re constantly refining based on what’s actually happening.

If the data changes, we pivot.
If your thinking sharpens, we adjust.
If the original goal no longer fits, we name that - without shame.

This is a living process, not a linear one.

4. Iterate, Adjust, Decide

Insight without action doesn’t change anything.

This is the heart of the work.

Between sessions, you’re living your life - leading, interviewing, negotiating, parenting, deciding. You bring the real-world data back with you:
  • Conversations that didn’t sit right
  • Decisions you’re stuck on
  • Feedback you received
  • Opportunities or curveballs that show up

We put it all on the table and examine it together - like two wise best friends with strong judgment and each other’s backs. We look for patterns, name what matters, and decide what to do next.

You’re not handed answers.
You’re building discernment.

3. Work the Problem in Real Time

Success has to be defined before we pursue it.

Early on, we answer one core question:

What needs to be true for this to be a success for you?

That answer becomes our North Star.
Not a generic outcome. Not someone else’s version of success.
Your definition - grounded in your life, values, and constraints.

Everything we do from here on out gets measured against that.

2. Set the North Star

We don’t solve the wrong problem well.

We start by getting brutally honest about what’s actually going on.
Sometimes you come in with a clear goal. Sometimes you come in with noise, pressure, or a vague sense that something isn’t right.

Together, we:
  • Define the real problem (not the surface one)
  • Name what you’re chasing - and why
  • Pressure-test whether that goal is truly in your favor

This is where I ask the hard questions most people avoid - because clarity here saves you months (or years) of misdirected effort.

1. Clarify the Real Question

I do this work because I’ve lived the pivots, the pressure, and the quiet weight that comes with leading while holding a lot together.

I also know what changes when a woman has the right kind of support - not more advice, not another framework, but space to think clearly and decide from a grounded place.

When that happens, something important shifts.

She stops operating in constant reaction mode.
She leads with steadiness instead of second-guessing.
She makes decisions that are anchored in what actually matters to her.
She builds a career that reflects who she is now - not who she thought she had to be to keep everything running.

This work isn’t about becoming louder or bigger.
It’s about strengthening the center - so the life and leadership you’re carrying have something solid to rest on.

If you’re entering a new season where the decisions matter and the tradeoffs are real, I’d be honored to support you in it.

"Erin - I just wanted to thank you for all the help you provided. I just accepted a job offer for my dream job (Director of Math Curriculum) at an organization that aligns with my philosophies about mathematics instruction and an organization that valued what I had to offer in terms of my PhD and my varied experiences. I actually applied for an Associate Director position and went through some rounds of interviews and performance tasks - they were so impressed they asked if I would consider the Director role - and that is what they offered to me. It's a 25% salary increase from my last position. I cannot thank you enough, Erin. I appreciate you and all that you do to help others with messy, midlife career and life decisions."

"I accepted a job offer and started this week! I'm so grateful for your guidance and support at the beginning of this journey. I can't stop talking about your resume help, it led directly to interviews at Samsung, Amazon, Google, and Capital One. And the interview prep we did gave me the confidence and skills to navigate those processes - I even made it to the final loop in most of them before accepting an offer. And the best part: since I started working with you in January, my total comp has increased by 243% (!!). I can't thank you enough for helping me get here."
